Erysimum ‘Bowles Mauve Wallflower’
Shades of soft mauve four petalled flowers in dense clusters held well above the narrow blue green leaves on this hardy sub shrub. Named for that wonderful English plantsman Edward Augustus Bowles. A hardy useful sub shrub for a sunny spot. In my garden it always seems to be in flower. In recognition of its worth it has the RHS Award Garden Merit. Rabbit and deer resistant (an emerging problem on the South Coast of NSW). Attracts birds, butterflies and bees. 60cm h x 45cm w.
