In summer it produces wonderful feathery plumes of deep pink fragrant cloud like flowers on tall leafy stems. Forms a lovely clump of glossy deeply cut leaves. A spectacular plant for a moist semi shaded spot. A native of the USA and Canada. Frost tolerant, herbaceous. Happy in clay soils. Has the RHS award of Garden Merit. 30cm h x 40cm w.
