A rare evergreen shrub from Central America with rosy pink flowers, followed by blueberry like edible sweet fruits. In the right conditions they can flower year round, but the main show is summer to autumn.
Grown best in semi shade, in humus rich, moist, well-drained soil. They do well in pots. They can grow up to 3m, but are easily pruned.
